Can I export my patient data from the practice portal?
Yes, you can export your patients’ data from the cloud-based portal to an Excel file or a PDF document.
Will all of my data be safe and private?
Yes, our priority is ensuring that you maintain complete confidentiality and security with your patients’ data. We are compliant with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We will never share your data with a third party unless we have your approval, or we are required to do so by law.
How soon can I start signing up patients to our dental membership plan?
Immediately! You can jump right into using your membership plan the day you sign up for the services.
Can my patients edit their membership plans offered by my practice?
No, the program that you set up for your patients during onboarding is the plan that they signed up for and have committed to using. Only you have the power to edit the Membership Plan. However, patients can add additional plans to their account. For example, a patient can sign up for an adult and child program under your practice Membership Plan, but they cannot edit what that plan includes.
Can I accept check payments?
For membership plans, payments are handled through the cloud-based platform, and we only accept credit cards at this time.
